This position will provide dedicated sales support to the Enterprise and SMB sales teams by exceeding expectations in the following:

In this awesome role you will:

• Deliver consulting services in the area of contact centre, performance improvement and business transformation, workflow management and process improvement.
• Present Value Realisation Services, revenue growth and renewal of existing consulting engagements.
• Delivering best solution practices for the ultimate contact centre offering.
• Develop and deliver consulting services that support business development and demand generation. 
• Recommendations resulting in highly satisfied clients
• Work with Senior Executive Sponsors
• Support Account Executives in identifying additional solution opportunities. 
  
  

You will NEED to have experience as:

• Business Transformation Consultant also has to possess good knowledge on Analytics, Workforce Management, Cloud Solutions, OCR, etc
• Business Transformation Consultant, you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit.
• Minimum of 8+ years of internal or external business consulting experience in a call centre or contact centre technologies.
• Proven business development, operational excellence and client services experience in contact centre industry. 

$135,000k - $165,000 base salary
