About You: 

Ideally, you have 4-5 years in a marketing agency, you should understand agency dynamics, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven design team. Your self-motivation, organization, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.
We're looking for someone passionate about exceptional design, layout, and typography, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and some web design would be a plus. You should be a collaborative team player, always ready to support your colleagues.

Reporting to the Art Director, your responsibilities include:

• Creating brand visual identities for clients, following the company format.
• Designing custom print materials - brochures, annual reports, etc.
• Producing marketing communications, both print and digital.
• Collaborating with the team and clients to create solutions.
• Managing project budgets and staying updated on industry trends.

Your accountability:

• Interpreting design briefs and adhering to brand standards.
• Meeting project timelines and offering creative recommendations.
• Managing multiple projects and collaborating with colleagues.
• Designing client materials from concept to completion.
• Attending meetings and ensuring quality control.
• Following company policies and tracking client design times

Other things to note:

• $80k + super, pro-rata!
• Work 3 or 4 days per week, but must be the same days each week.
• You must be based in Australia for this company!
• They can train you from anywhere onsite from the Sunshine Coast to Byron Bay.  So ideally someone who can be near those locations for training.
