Senior Product Designer, based in their Brisbane Office. Offering Flexibility with work from home - you are only required in the office when you need to be. Right now the team are only going in 1-2 days each week to workshop together & there is trust in how you spend your time.

This company has recently gone through some HUGE changes and has entered a new phase on their journey. This team is a powerhouse product design team that have nailed their product development and design cycle. Right now they are restructuring & have some really great projects across multiple different teams in the works.  It is so important to be adaptable and forever changing and growing and this is what they are doing.

It is essential that you showcase your skills in product design and really outline your passion for the user experience process. You must have end to end experience.

• You will be involved in all areas of product design: problem definition, user and competitor research/testing, documentation, conceptualising flows in low and high-fidelity mediums, iterating, processing feedback, and prototyping.
• Make strategic design and UX decisions on core and new functionality across our products, working alongside the product manager & / or other designers to help shape and deliver the overall product vision.
• Uncovering problems and using your end to end experience to put the appropriate user flows into play
• Play a leading role in building out our research practices, tools, process and training.
• This is a highly collaborative team
