The Role
Starting end of February, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a major Azure infrastructure project while working across a modern, well-supported tech stack - C#, .NET, React, Azure Service Bus, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised applications.
You'll be hands-on with key initiatives like migrating from Postgres single server to flexible server, tightening up recommendations, and ensuring everything's running securely and efficiently.
This is a hybrid role, roughly 70% development and 30% Azure cloud, giving you the perfect mix of building new features and shaping the technical foundations they sit on. Day to day, you'll be designing, developing, and deploying new functionality across their core systems, contributing to both backend and frontend development, and working closely with the broader dev team to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
You'll also have real influence over technical direction - contributing to architectural decisions, improving development workflows, and ensuring best practices around performance, scalability, and security.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with C# and .NET
- Proven experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks)
- Hands-on with Azure cloud services (Service Bus, App Service, Key Vault, etc.)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience working with Postgres (including flexible server migration)
- Strong grounding in software architecture and design principles
- Background in infrastructure or cloud engineering highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
