My client is an awesome, global Financial Services business. They are looking to bring in a new Social Media Manager for a short term contract to support their upcoming Christmas and Cyber Weekend campaigns.

We are looking for someone who has previously been a social media manager within a medium to large size organisation and has worked with both creative and media agencies before. Alternatively a marketing campaign manager, or an agency account manager, with good understanding of executing in social.

You will be:

• Develop a social approach for each campaign and guide the in-house agency and/or external agency on social requirements
• Be a point of contact for agencies on any social creative questions (e.g. can we use this format, what copy elements do we need to include etc.)
• Work collaboratively across Creative teams (incl. agency) and Marketing teams
• Work with in-house agency to develop social assets, review draft work, and provide feedback on social best practice e.g. copy style, copy length, video length, use of supers etc.
• Attend concept presentations, team meetings/discussions where possible
