Salesforce CRM & Billing - UAT Lead (Contract)

• Location: Hybrid –3 days in the office, 2 from home. 
• Contract Length: 4 months
• Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a UAT Lead to oversee user acceptance testing for a Salesforce CRM & Billing transformation with one of Australia's most well-known product companies. This role will engage with business stakeholders, develop test scenarios, and ensure seamless execution of UAT to validate end-to-end processes across customer relationship management and billing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop UAT scenarios and scripts in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Lead the execution of UAT for Salesforce CRM & Billing, ensuring business requirements are met.
• Manage test progress tracking, defect triage, and resolution.
• Work closely with test management, delivery teams, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure UAT aligns with customer, sales, and billing processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive testing methodologies and practices.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and billing concepts.
• Experience testing Salesforce CRM & Billing (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, manage test execution, and resolve defects.
• Hands-on experience in test management, planning, tracking, and reporting.
